Invent to Learn

For today, Sylvia Martinez and Gary Stager’s book “Invent To Learn: Making, Tinkering, and Engineering in the Classroom” is free for the Kindle version of the book.

Why am I posting this?  The timing is perfect for educators in Western Ontario.

Gary Stager will keynote the Western RCAC’s Symposium 2013 in London this Thursday.  Time is slipping by but registration is still open.  Following his keynote, Gary will lead a breakout session “A Conversation with Gary Stager” where you can ask him about concepts from the book.

Don’t have a Kindle?  Kindle books are readable through Kindle software for your device.

The content of this blog is generated by whatever strikes my fancy at any given point. It might be computers, weather, political, or something else in nature. I experiment and comment a lot on things so don't take anything here too seriously; I might change my mind a day later but what you read is my thought and opinion at the time I wrote it!
