There’s a new update to the macOS operating system. It’s for version 10.13 or High Sierra.

It’s an interesting read (and a bit technical) and the wisdom is at the bottom of the document.

While it’s always a good idea to apply patches when they become available, this is particularly good advice if you fall into one of the cases described in the Sophos article.
Just a heads up. It’s not a small upgrade and will require a reboot of your computer. But, this small inconvenience will make your computer safer.
