Little Geography Help / Advice

One of the widgets that I use in this blog is a Feedjit that shows the live traffic to the blog.  It’s interesting.  There’s one recurring entry I find “Paris, Ile-de-France”.  Research indicates that it’s an area around Paris.  Unlike most visitors which arrive and then leave, there are always a number of visits from this location is a row.

In a world of statistics, it appears to be an interesting anomaly to me.  Can anyone offer an explanation for this?  The image capture below happened about 7:15am this morning.

Thanks, if you can help.
