NASA Visualization

NASA is always a good source for incredible images.  Now – there’s an app for that.  NASA Visualization Explorer is just in its infancy and yet it caught my fancy today.  The same type of high end and interesting images that you would expect along with stories and behind the scenes information make this a really interesting application to get your hands on.

Right now, there are seven collections on my iPad.

  • Towers in the Tempest
  • Meet NASA’s Earth-Observing Fleet
  • Marine Deserts on the Move
  • Carbon Catch and Release
  • Base Camp: West Antarctica
  • India’s Disappearing Water
  • Artificial World Captures Reality
I can’t wait for more to be released.
