There are times when I wonder if I’m the only person on the planet that doesn’t mind Windows Vista.
I don’t get hung up with operating systems; what’s important to me is that the applications that I want/need run and run efficiently.
But, there’s something intriguing about this!
I’m not sure how to react to this story this morning.
I am one of those who is definitely in front of a computer for more than six hours a day. It’s what I do for a living. Above and beyond the working hours, it’s also how I grow professionally. I do research and stay connected with my personal learning network in this fashion.
I’m also on Facebook quite a bit. It’s how I stay in touch with the kids. We can play Word Twist until our fingertips bleed.
So, yes, we are heavy technology users. But, don’t mandate shock therapy for us quite yet. We do still enjoy walking the dog, without or without the Blackberry!
